Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Ground Maintenance Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle and equipment maintenance, repair, and operations. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities

* Review, service, investigate, repair, replace, and upgrade all parts, including truck body, body, and drive-train parts, on a diverse range of equipment.
* Conduct electrical and hydraulic investigations and repairs, painting, bodywork, and specialized work.
* Complete data entry to record work tasks and communicate with other team members on a case-by-case basis.
* Practice safety-conscious and environmentally conscious behaviors in every operational cycle and system.
* Participate in internal development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

* At least three years of experience in a related field, preferably in vehicle and equipment maintenance, repair, and operations.
* Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including fixed or rotating shifts, both indoors and outdoors, including traveling, overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Capacity to frequently lift objects weighing up to and including 50 pounds and occasionally lift objects weighing between 50 and 70 pounds.
* Ability to read, understand, and apply information found in technical records and manuals.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and external stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

* In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic principles.
* Ability to read, understand, and apply information found in technical records, manuals, and schematics.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and external stakeholders.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Experience with data entry software and systems.
* Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
