Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Vector Data Management and Sales Development

**Job Summary**

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in qualifying and developing inbound leads, building business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and provide exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities**

* Qualify and develop inbound leads and build business opportunities through outbound prospecting
* Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner, as illustrated in our SLA
* Foster qualified sales opportunities and develop future pipeline potential
* Acquire revenue through outbound cold pitching across a range of existing careerzynith clients and breaking into net new logos in designated regions and markets
* Identify key decision-makers within new accounts
* Collaborate with and influence partners to develop designated records, call methodologies, and messaging to drive business opportunities
* Plan and execute qualified discovery meetings/item demos for Account Executives to lead
* Meet monthly essential goals for developing revenue in accounts through creating a reliable sales pipeline
* Work closely with sales and marketing teams to provide better insight into the outcome of marketing efforts and create new pipeline
* Make, track, and report on movements of all kinds and results using Salesforce and Effort
* Develop a variety of contacts (calls, emails, social, etc.) on all prospects in your designated territory

**Essential Qualifications**

* Four-year degree preferred
* 0-2 years' experience in sales development, lead generation, inside sales, or similar
* Thrive in a fast-paced group selling environment
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills
* Positive and lively telephone skills, excellent listening, and strong communication skills
* Continuously strive to improve sales productivity and business acumen
* Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and driven, with a willingness to work in a team environment
* Desire to learn, grow, and move up through a sales organization
* Knowledge of business processes, jobs, and organizational design
* Experience with Salesforce, Effort, Microsoft Office is a plus, but not required
* Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in a sales development or lead generation role
* Strong understanding of sales processes and sales methodologies
* Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
