You will work closely with our sales teams to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our client base. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in this role. **Key Responsibilities** * Qualify and foster inbound leads and build business relationships through outbound prospecting * Circle back to inbound leads on time, as illustrated in our SLA * Foster qualified sales opportunities and develop future pipeline potential * Acquire revenue through outbound cold pitching across a range of existing arenaflex clients and breaking into net new logos in designated regions and markets * Recognize key decision-makers within new records * Work collaboratively with and influence partners to develop designated records, call methodologies, and reporting to drive sales opportunities * Plan qualified discovery meetings/item demos for Account Executives to lead * Meet monthly essential goals for developing revenue in accounts through creating reliable sales pipelines * Work closely with sales and marketing to provide better insight into the outcome of marketing efforts that are being run simultaneously, while creating new pipeline * Make due, track, and report on movements of every kind and results using Salesforce and Effort * Work to have a variety of contacts (calls, messages, social, etc.) on all prospects in your designated domain **Essential Qualifications** * Four-year degree or equivalent experience * 0-2 years' experience in sales development, lead generation, inside sales, or similar * Thrive in a fast-paced group selling environment * Strong organizational and follow-up skills * Positive and lively telephone skills, excellent listening, and major strengths * Continuously strive to improve sales productivity and business insight * Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and driven, with a willingness to work in a team environment * Desire to learn, grow, and move up through a sales organization * Knowledge of business operations, jobs, and organizational design * Experience with Salesforce, Effort, Microsoft Office is a plus, but not required * Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a sales development or business development role * Strong understanding of sales processes and sales methodologies * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **What You Can Expect from Us** * A friendly, open, and relaxed work environment (ditch the suit and tie) * A comprehensive, quality benefits package, paid out first of the month following your date of hire * Matching 401(k) retirement plan * A healthy balance between work and play, with flexible work arrangements and generous downtime * Educational support available for all employees * Liberal reference motivator program * Company gatherings * Humanitarian opportunities **What We Value** * Cooperation - Most importantly, we're a team.
