As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for providing critical support to our Transportation Fleet, working closely with managers to prioritize business needs, and integrating multiple data assets across various database platforms. If you have a strong background in data analysis, Microsoft Excel, and transportation logistics, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Assist the H.L. Transportation Fleet by providing data-driven insights and support to optimize operations * Collaborate with managers to outline and prioritize business needs, ensuring seamless communication and execution * Integrate multiple data assets across various database platforms, including Microsoft Access and Excel * Build, create, and maintain multiple Excel spreadsheets to support data analysis and reporting * Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to queries and requests in a timely and professional manner **Requirements** * Previous experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field is highly preferred * Previous experience with Microsoft Excel is required, with proficiency in advanced features such as pivot tables, macros, and data visualization * Proficiency with Microsoft Access is preferred, with experience in database design, development, and maintenance * Strong typing and 10-key skills are preferred, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Must pass a Background Check and a Drug Test **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, and Word * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
