Our team is passionate about working with data to tell stories and drive business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Working with large, complex data sets to conduct ad-hoc analyses and inform critical business decisions * Developing data visualizations using Tableau to display and quantify the impact of changes and business challenges * Engaging with cross-functional teams to establish credibility and share insights, partnering with Operations, Finance, and Product teams to drive business outcomes * Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting tasks and improve data accuracy * Documenting processes and sharing expertise with colleagues, mentoring peers to become Subject Matter Experts **Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 2-4 years of experience with SQL and data manipulation * 1-2 years of experience with Tableau and data visualization * Business operations fluency, with a strong understanding of supply chain and transportation principles * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment **Preferred Qualifications:** If you have: * Advanced experience with SQL, Tableau, and scripting languages (Python preferred) * Experience with e-commerce operations, parcel service operations, or related fields * Familiarity with data manipulation tools, such as Knime, Alteryx, R, or Tableau Prep **What We Offer:** arenaflex offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
