You will work closely with the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support the DC, as well as administer and support all moves/add/change requests. Your responsibilities will include: * Contacting MHE vendors regarding information handling * Working with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks * Coordinating all data backups and data recovery procedures * Serving as the liaison between the distribution center office, WMS vendor, and MIS Division for issue resolution * Supporting all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals * Supporting LAN (Local Area Network) design * Performing all future installations of software * Coordinating stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and reporting usage to MIS * Regulating nonexempt staff * Maintaining all control tables within the WMS, including access security * Screening the performance of the framework application to ensure it is ready and accessible to all end users * Managing and monitoring end-user access and privileges and reporting to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis * Developing reporting tools for clients to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio **Required Capabilities** * 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc. * 2+ years of experience working in a delivery climate (on-site) * 2+ years of experience using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Preferred Capabilities** * Project management experience * Bachelor's degree in IT or related field * Strong technical skills, including experience with software development and implementation * Experience working with data analytics and reporting tools **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote worker at blithequark, you will have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a comfortable and productive work environment.
