Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Supply Chain Systems Management

**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our careerzynith team. As a Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our Distribution Center Administration Framework, ensuring that our distribution centers run smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with our Organization/Telecom divisions and Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support our DC operations. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage and maintain the Distribution Center Administration Framework, ensuring seamless communication between our Centralized computer and Application Development divisions
* Work closely with MHE merchants to resolve data management issues
* Coordinate all data backups and recovery procedures
* Serve as the primary point of contact between the distribution center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution
* Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals
* Maintain and support LAN (Local Area Network) design
* Implement all future software updates
* Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and report usage to MIS
* Regulate non-exempt staff
* Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security
* Monitor the performance of the framework application to ensure it's ready and accessible to all end-users
* Manage and monitor end-user access and privileges and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
* Develop reporting tools for clients to gain better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc.
* 2+ years of experience in using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Project management experience
* Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
* Strong relational and analytical skills
* Experience with data entry, supply chain management, and IT
