We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Details and Data Gathering team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. **Job Summary:** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of sports information disseminated by arenaflex across various platforms, including television, digital, and print. You'll work closely with our team to create and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our role in fueling arenaflex's digital and television productions. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure sports information disseminated by arenaflex is precise, timely, and insightful * Work in individual settings and in groups to convey accurate detailed breakdown, clock-and-score, and other measurements and information in real-time that power a multitude of arenaflex products and productions * Create and maintain a working knowledge of arenaflex's role in fueling digital and television productions * Review the results of your own work and that of others; perform with a consistently high level of quality * Contribute to production, projects, and initiatives across the newsroom, and assist newsroom leaders who are coordinating full- and part-time staff * Anticipate potential issues, both daily and long-term, and propose possible solutions * Communicate rapidly and clearly with colleagues on these issues * Play a proactive role in working with colleagues to create or refine production processes * Be an active participant in team and division meetings * Seek and respond to feedback on personal performance * Remain informed about current office policies and procedures **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., sports management, communications, data analysis) * Working knowledge of sports teams, players, and rules * Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Ability to rapidly learn production processes that produce or maintain sports information that drives arenaflex's digital and television products * Capacity to achieve a high level of content accuracy in time-sensitive production circumstances * Ability to communicate confidently – verbally and in writing – to production managers and colleagues about production issues and opportunities, often in the midst of a busy newsroom **Preferred Qualifications:** * 1+ years' experience working in sports or data analysis, ideally in media * Knowledge of how sports information is used in media and for research purposes * Working knowledge of arenaflex products and productions * Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools * Experience leading or training a team * Ability to speak and write Spanish * Experience using social media in a business or news environment **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in fast-paced production environments * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools * Ability to learn and adapt to new production processes and technologies **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
