**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Sports Information Management**

As a key member of our Details and Data Gathering team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of sports data on our various platforms, including television broadcasts, digital media, and social channels. **About the Role:** As a Part-Time Statistics Analyst I, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining the precision of sports data on arenaflex's platforms worldwide. You'll work closely with automated data feeds and manual data entry to ensure the delivery of accurate, up-to-date, and insightful sports information. Your expertise will also be utilized to transform data into compelling storylines, helping to explain the reasons behind team wins or losses. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and intelligence of sports data disseminated by arenaflex's Details and Data team * Collaborate with team members to deliver precise, detailed breakdowns, clock-and-score, and other metrics and data in real-time to power numerous arenaflex products and productions * Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the role of Details and Data in fueling arenaflex's digital products and television productions * Conduct quality checks on your own work and that of others, maintaining a consistently high level of attention to detail * Contribute to the creation, projects, and initiatives across the newsroom, and assist newsroom leaders in coordinating full- and part-time staff * Anticipate potential issues, both short-term and long-term, and propose solutions; communicate effectively with colleagues on these matters * Play an active role in working with colleagues to create or refine production processes * Participate actively in team and division meetings * Seek and respond to feedback on personal performance * Stay informed about current office policies and procedures **Required Capabilities:** * Working knowledge of teams, players, and game rules * Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Ability to quickly learn production processes that produce or maintain sports data driving arenaflex's digital and television products * Capacity to achieve a high level of content accuracy in time-sensitive production circumstances * Ability to communicate confidently – verbally and in writing – to production managers and colleagues about production issues and opportunities, often in the midst of a busy newsroom **Preferred Capabilities:** * 1+ years of experience in sports or analytics, preferably in media * Knowledge of how sports data is used in media and for research purposes * Working knowledge of arenaflex products and productions * Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools * Experience leading or training a team * Ability to speak and write Spanish * Experience using social media in a business or news environment **Required Education:** * High school diploma or equivalent **Preferred Education:** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent * Additional details: (e.g., physical requirements, shifts, etc.) * Position fills in for late shifts (only), weekends, and holidays **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment that values quality, innovation, and excellence.
