**Key Responsibilities:**
* Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sports information disseminated by arenaflex's Details and Data team
* Work independently and in collaboration with the team to deliver precise detailed breakdowns, clock-and-score, and other measurements and data in real-time to power arenaflex's digital and television products
* Create and maintain a working knowledge of arenaflex's role in fueling digital and television productions
* Conduct quality checks on your own work and that of others, maintaining a high level of attention to detail
* Contribute to the development of new projects, tasks, and initiatives across the newsroom, supporting newsroom leaders in coordinating full- and part-time staff
* Anticipate potential issues, both short-term and long-term, and propose solutions, communicating effectively with colleagues on these matters
* Play an active role in collaborating with colleagues to create or refine production processes
* Participate actively in team and division meetings
* Seek and respond to feedback on personal performance
* Stay up-to-date on current office policies and procedures
**Required Capabilities:**
* Working knowledge of teams, players, and rules of various sports
* Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Ability to quickly learn production processes that produce or maintain sports information driving arenaflex's digital and television products
* Capacity to achieve a high level of content precision in time-sensitive production circumstances
* Ability to communicate confidently, both verbally and in writing, to production managers and colleagues about production issues and opportunities, often in the midst of a busy newsroom
**Preferred Capabilities:**
* 1+ years of experience in sports or data analysis, ideally in media
* Knowledge of how sports data is used in media and for research purposes
* Working knowledge of arenaflex's products and productions
* Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
* Experience leading or training a team
* Ability to speak and write Spanish
* Experience incorporating social media in a business or news environment
