**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a field related to business, data analysis, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to drive insights and recommendations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
