Responsibilities As a Data Entry Specialist at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. Your key responsibilities will include: Accurately inputting and updating data into databases and systems, ensuring data quality and consistency. Verifying and reviewing data for discrepancies or errors, and taking corrective action as needed. Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to data protection policies and procedures. Generating reports and performing data analysis as required, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions. Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure data accuracy and integrity, and to identify areas for process improvement. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Previous data entry experience is a plus, but not required; however, you must be able to demonstrate your ability to learn and adapt quickly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with data management tools and software is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
