Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for: Inputting and updating data into various systems and databases with high accuracy, ensuring that all data is entered correctly and efficiently. Verifying data integrity and accuracy by comparing it to source documents, identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors. Managing and organizing digital files and records effectively, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Communicating with team members and supervisors to ensure data requirements are met, providing excellent customer service and support. Identifying and rectifying any discrepancies or errors in the data entry process, implementing process improvements as needed. Adhering to data privacy and confidentiality guidelines at all times, maintaining the security and integrity of sensitive information. Performing other administrative tasks as needed, providing support to the team and contributing to the smooth operation of the organization. Requirements To be successful as a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred). Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software, with excellent typing skills and accuracy. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with team members and supervisors. Preferred Qualifications We prefer candidates with: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience with data management software and systems, including database management and data analytics. Certification in data entry or a related field, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Administrative Professional (CAP).
