Key Responsibilities
Monitor WAN links for stability and ensure seamless network operations
Provision IP Addresses, LAN/VLAN, and configure routers, switches, and network appliances
Monitor alerts and logs, perform preventative health checks, and manage incidents
Administer security and IAM, ensuring the integrity of our network and data
Develop and maintain reports, providing valuable insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
Training and Development
