**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing patient and medication data, as well as handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Utilize careerzynith's data entry software and systems to accurately and efficiently process patient and medication data
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, both verbally and in writing
* Investigate and resolve missing data issues, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
* Settle all data entry-related exceptions and discrepancies
* Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
* Identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as necessary
* Maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy in data entry tasks, while meeting or exceeding performance standards
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Basic computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing a computer
+ Using a mouse to point and click
+ Starting and closing programs
+ Switching between programs
+ Saving files
+ Printing reports
+ Accessing data online
* Basic web search skills, including:
+ Opening a web browser
+ Typing in URLs in the address bar
+ Using a search engine
+ Bookmarking a website
+ Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons
+ Completing online forms
* Basic keyboarding skills, including:
+ Typing at a speed of at least 25 words per minute
+ Typing by memory
+ Organizing reports
* Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
* 18 years of age or older
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacist in a retail or call center environment
* At least 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacist with a certification/enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
* Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills, including:
+ Typing at a speed of at least 35 words per minute
+ Typing by memory
+ Designing reports
* Familiarity with Spanish and English
