Job Summary arenaflex is seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity, develop data-driven insights, and create actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities Direct thorough examinations, produce data-driven, vital insights, create high-impact solutions, and convey precise results to partners and management. Discuss findings with a clear perspective and convincing perceptions so your insights can be used to assist with driving business strategy. Create, distribute, and maintain adaptable self-service tools and dashboards that align with broader departmental objectives, allowing cross-functional partners to access data and identify significant insights. Act as an idea partner with Product, Designing, and Configuration teams to identify areas of opportunity, define/execute follow-up plans for the toolset, and influence prioritization decisions with data. Tutor departmental colleagues on analysis best practices, technical skills, and on developments in our organization's data architecture. Essential Qualifications Four-year degree in Analysis, Math, Statistics, Data Systems, Finance, or other quantitative and rigorous field required. 2+ years of work experience in a significant field, preferably in business analysis, strategy, startup/tech, or potentially marketing. Strong organizational skills and meticulousness with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication style based on the audience. Strong technical inclination with demonstrated experience using data from multiple sources to solve complex problems, tell a story, and impact overall strategy. Preferred Qualifications Capable knowledge of SQL/Eden, Google Cloud Platform, and Excel/Google Sheets. Knowledge of visualization tools, like Google Data Studio, Looker, or similar. Knowledge of Python/Git is a plus, but not required.
