Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist with Walgreens DPS, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:


Accurately and efficiently process data entry tasks, including but not limited to, patient information, prescription data, and inventory management.
Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring high-quality results.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Walgreens' systems, processes, and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data entry-related issues and improve processes.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve data entry processes and quality.


Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or healthcare administration.
Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data entry-related issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems.
