**Job Summary:**

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our database, processing patient information, and providing exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities:**

* **Patient Experience:**
+ Greet patients warmly and offer assistance with products and services, ensuring a positive patient experience.
+ Model and promote client service best practices with all colleagues, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service.
+ Engage with patients by anticipating their needs and proactively offering services, enhancing their overall experience.
+ Participate in community outreach events and activities that reflect the values of arenaflex.
* **Tasks:**
+ Advise patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, contraindications, and patient data security, referring to clinical suppliers as necessary.
+ Perform pharmacy tasks, including compounding, medication audits, and prescription management.
+ Review, interpret, and accurately administer prescribed medications as required.
+ Ensure the pharmacy operates in accordance with guidelines, company policies, and standards.
+ Collaborate with the pharmacy manager to identify opportunities for process improvements, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
* **Individuals and Performance Management:**
+ Assist the pharmacy manager with staff recruitment, training, and development, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
+ Foster collaboration and inspire colleagues by establishing clear expectations, recognizing progress, and encouraging a shared vision.
* **Preparation and Self-Awareness:**
+ Maintain current knowledge and required licensure/credentialing/ certification as outlined by government and state regulations to provide clinical services.
+ Stay up-to-date with advancements in pharmacy and healthcare by reading industry publications, company communications, and seeking accepted procedures to improve performance.
+ Pursue professional development by observing performance, seeking valuable feedback, and utilizing the pharmacy manager and head manager as mentors.

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field from an accredited educational institution.
* Current pharmacy licensure in the states within the region.
* Experience performing prescription filling and checking, records, and legal compliance, demonstrating a strong understanding of relevant state and federal controlled substance regulations.
* Certified Immunizer or able to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and checking, records, and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance.
* Familiarity with data entry software and systems, including electronic health records and pharmacy management systems.
