* Experience working with SQL, BI tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI), and big data technologies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders

**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
* 7 years of experience in data management, analysis, or a related field
* Experience working with Python, R, or VBA programming languages
