As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering, updating, and maintaining data within arenaflex's proprietary systems and databases. This role requires a high degree of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. **Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * **Data Entry & Management**: Accurately and efficiently enter, update, and maintain data within arenaflex's proprietary systems and databases, including a variety of data types, requiring adaptability and a keen eye for detail. * **Data Quality Assurance**: Perform rigorous quality checks to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with arenaflex's established standards and protocols. Proactively identify and resolve data inconsistencies. * **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with various teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to gather, verify, and validate data from diverse sources. Effectively communicate data requirements and updates. * **Data Issue Resolution**: Identify and investigate data discrepancies, providing effective solutions and escalating issues as needed to maintain data accuracy and prevent errors. * **Confidentiality & Security**: Uphold the highest standards of data confidentiality and security, adhering to strict protocols for handling sensitive information. Maintain data privacy and comply with all relevant regulations. * **Process Improvement**: Contribute to the continuous improvement of data entry processes by identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and suggesting innovative solutions. * **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of data entry procedures and any changes to data standards. * **Adherence to Deadlines**: Consistently meet deadlines and manage workload effectively to ensure timely completion of data entry tasks. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * **Proven Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience in data entry or related roles, with a strong record of accuracy and attention to detail. * **Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in using data entry software, database management systems (e.g., SQL), and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
