Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. This is a remote, part/full-time opportunity for college students who are looking to gain valuable work experience and develop their skills in data entry, healthcare, and customer service.

Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:


Entering patient data into our electronic health record system with high accuracy and attention to detail
Verifying and updating patient information to ensure accuracy and completeness
Processing and managing patient requests and communications in a timely and efficient manner
Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
Collaborating with our healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Developing and maintaining knowledge of arenaflex policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements


Objectives

The objectives of this role are to:


Provide accurate and timely data entry and management services to support patient care and operations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and enhance patient care and satisfaction
Develop and apply knowledge of arenaflex policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements


Essential Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, computer science)
Excellent data entry and management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
