* Participate in process improvements and contribute to the development of new procedures and protocols
* Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on continuous improvement
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Experience with data entry software and systems (e.g. Excel, Access, etc.)
