Our company culture is built on the principles of teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction. **About the Role** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our data entry processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your primary duties will include: * Managing third-party administrators (TPAs) by researching and benchmarking new TPAs and business partners * Providing analytical support and recommendations to senior management to make plan design decisions * Conducting on-site visits and audits to ensure service and financial goals are met according to contractual agreements * Maintaining open lines of communication with TPAs and translating requirements to ensure proper interpretation and benefits administration * Providing education and training to TPAs and reviewing and approving third-party and supplemental plan communications * Managing digital eligibility files and discrepancies for all benefits plans to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations * Developing project plans and leading business customers through the project management system by determining needed changes and report requirements * Ensuring adoption of changes and report requirements, creating communication plans to announce project strategies to leadership, project team, and stakeholders * Working with the business unit and project team to determine project approval parameters and handling the approval process for project parameter changes **What You'll Bring** * Familiarity with balancing multiple tasks concurrently and the agility to re-prioritize tasks as required * Project management experience, including data analysis, market research, and benefits program design * Adaptability, curiosity, and a willingness to improve applications, procedures, and results * Excellent listening skills, critical thinking abilities, and articulation skills * Strong analytical skills, some knowledge of statistical analysis, and comfort working with large data sets * Knowledge of 401(k) plans or other retirement plans **What You'll Do** * Work with senior leadership team and legal counsel to ensure accurate procedures are in place to maintain compliance with 401(k) related regulations * Manage enrollment requests within allocated time frame * Develop, organize, and facilitate process training to ensure procedures are compliant * Participate with internal and external stakeholders to roll out and communicate community procedures, communication materials, and resources to the team * Support with escalated calls associated with appeals cases * Write and respond to service inquiries from customers * Develop, monitor, and report outcomes to management **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, or human resources) * 2+ years of experience in data entry, project management, or a related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software applications **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, or human resources) * 5+ years of experience in data entry, project management, or a related field * Experience working with third-party administrators (TPAs) and benefits programs * Knowledge of 401(k) plans and other retirement plans * Certification in project management or data analysis (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
