You will own and manage an analytics workstream, leading other analysts and data scientists to build end-to-end analytical products. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with business partners to form the analytics strategy to address business priorities through predictive modeling, statistical analysis, or metric evaluation as an idea leader * Own and manage an analytics workstream, leading other analysts and data scientists to build end-to-end analytical products * Use robust data in algorithms and predictive models to advocate approaches, identify issues, discover patterns, and propose solutions * Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data to resolve multiple and/or complex business issues using advanced statistical methods and mathematical analyses and deep knowledge of the business and/or industry * Develop and participate in presentations and consultations to present and potential components of analytics results and solutions * Use robust programming skills to explore, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data in various forms **Required Qualifications:** * 3+ years of relevant analytic experience * Experience programming using R or Python * Experience in SQL **Preferred Qualifications:** * Demonstrates robust ability to communicate technical ideas and implications to business partners * Anticipates and prevents issues and roadblocks before they occur * Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to research large data sets from multiple data sources * Demonstrates skill ability in most areas of mathematical evaluation methods, system learning, statistical analyses, and predictive modeling and in-depth specialization in some areas **Education:** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Data, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline * Master's degree or PhD preferred **Benefits:** arenaflex provides a comprehensive range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.
