**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering patient data into our electronic health record system. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities**
* Accurately and efficiently enter patient data into our electronic health record system
* Review and verify patient information for accuracy and completeness
* Maintain confidentiality and security of patient data at all times
* Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure that patient information is accurate and up-to-date
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve data entry processes and patient outcomes
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical teams and other stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and guidelines related to patient data management
**Essential Qualifications**
* 7 years of experience in a clinical or administrative role
* 3+ years of experience with computer, keyboard, and MS Office Suite applications
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of patient data at all times
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with electronic health record systems
* Knowledge of healthcare regulations and guidelines related to patient data management
* Experience working in a healthcare setting
* Certification in a clinical or administrative field (e.g. CCM, RN, LPC)
