As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for investigating and preventing fraudulent activities worldwide, working closely with our global partners and stakeholders. Your exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with your passion for data-driven decision-making, will enable you to drive efficiencies and identify new opportunities for growth and improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct in-depth investigations and analysis of complex data sets to identify patterns and anomalies indicative of fraudulent activities * Collaborate with our global teams to develop and implement effective strategies for preventing and detecting fraud * Analyze and interpret data from various sources, including but not limited to, payment systems, customer interactions, and market trends * Develop and maintain complex case outlines, including clear recommendations for legal, management, or law enforcement action * Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders through regular updates and reports * Work closely with our data science and analytics teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions for fraud prevention and detection * Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of fraud prevention and detection **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Criminology, Accounting, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or Law * 6+ years of experience in fraud investigation or a related field * 5+ years of experience leading start-to-finish investigations * Strong coding skills in SQL * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of uncertainty **Preferred Qualifications** * Professional certification (CPA, CIA, PMP, CFE) * Experience with criminological data analysis, data visualization, or data mining techniques * Experience working in a high-pressure environment with a high level of uncertainty * Direct management experience of remote or globally dispersed teams * Experience working in public accounting, internal audit, or external audit, with a focus on SOX compliance * Strong leadership and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range of $23-$30/hour * Opportunity to work with a leading e-commerce and technology company * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data-driven decision-making, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
