Our remote team is a key part of our success, and we are looking for talented individuals like you to join our ranks. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing complex data analysis and reporting solutions to meet business needs. You will work closely with internal clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise in data management and reporting will be critical in driving business success and informing strategic decisions. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with internal partners and agencies to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs * Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients; translate results, and make recommendations to business areas based on findings * Design and develop packages for internal clients * Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, assure data integrity and suitability, and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods * Turn data into actionable insights through reporting solutions * Troubleshoot technical issues * Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders **Required Qualifications** * 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following: + Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad) * Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.) * Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle * Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL * Crystal Reporting experience preferred **Required Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote team member, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home or office.
