Our team of experts is dedicated to delivering exceptional results, and we are now seeking a talented individual to join our ranks. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through data management and analysis. You will be responsible for examining client needs, identifying issues, and developing strategies to drive client development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and drive business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** * Examine client needs and identify issues, trouble spots, and joy points through analysis, behavior, clicks/transformations, channels, and more * Construct models to gain insights on what drives performance concerning reach, maintenance, reference, and revenue growth * Create dashboards and reports that provide analysis and discussion, explaining the product, marketing, and business trends for senior leadership * Inform and update leaders and partners on product performance, plans, and progress towards metrics * Define data testing plans and develop strategies that help teams repeat quickly and deliver new features for testing and, if successful, rollout to all clients globally * Focus the product roadmap on achieving the metrics that matter and making ruthless decisions about what to do (and just as importantly, what not to do) * Create and dive deep on buyer experiences and competitive knowledge to help teams drive product development and cycle * Assist teams in understanding/absorbing customer insights, decisions, and preferences – and how these impact the product/testing roadmap to drive growth * Build strong relationships with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams and empower them to launch new development drives for testing/emphasis * Provide input to product and engineering teams on the impact of product launches: target launch metrics, A/B testing, post-launch metrics * Distill all metrics from measurably critical deviations that will affect reach, maintenance, reference, and revenue metrics * Research data and monitor data quality – partner closely with and provide requirements to the Data Engineering teams that can be acted upon * Outline business issues into questions that can be answered through data analysis, and translate business needs into requirements * Plan and lead time-sensitive key analysis projects including philosophy development, analysis, key recommendations, and presentation of findings to Senior Leadership **Essential Qualifications** * Mastery in Python and SQL * BS/MS in a highly quantitative field (Software Engineering, Statistics, Math, Research, Data Science) * Experience working in the financial industry * Data analysis, producing insights for customer-centric organizations * Knowledge of query development and data ETL * Experience with large data technologies like Hive, Hadoop, MapReduce, Flash, etc. * AI skills, including cluster analysis, brain networks, predictive modeling * Experience using Statistical methods including correlation analysis, design of experiments, linear and nonlinear regression, calculated regression, inspecting and resampling techniques, time series, and longitudinal analysis * Huge experience, capability in, and enthusiasm for Mobile or potentially Web products * History of proactively setting up and completing responsibilities * Mix of customer experiences, competitive insight, and technical knowledge * Shown use of analysis, metrics, and benchmarking to drive decisions * Phenomenal relational, hierarchical, innovative, and communication skills * Cooperative person in driving growth results combined with an optimistic outlook * Strong work ethic and solid guiding principles (integrity, honesty, creativity) * Issue solver who thinks constantly about ways of moving forward * Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented leader * Executioner consumer instincts and data sensibilities * Exhibited progress in past roles * Enthusiasm for arenaflex and cool products **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with arenaflex products and services * Strong understanding of arenaflex's business and industry * Familiarity with arenaflex's technology stack and tools * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques * Familiarity with arenaflex's data management and analysis tools and techniques **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data management and analysis, we encourage you to apply for the Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist role at arenaflex.
