As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional data entry services, handling high-volume customer inquiries, and working closely with our healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding results. If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Utilize arenaflex's data entry systems and processes to accurately and efficiently enter patient and medication information into our database. * Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for processing. * Investigate and resolve missing medication data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and settle all data entry-related issues. * Handle correspondence with patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as needed. * Settle Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements. * Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and recognize and escalate issues to senior-level staff as necessary. * Acquire a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days and maintain a current expert permit or certification. **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Basic computer skills (e.g., starting and closing the computer, using the mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online). * Basic web search skills (e.g., opening a program, typing in URLs in the address bar, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online). * Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports). * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. * 18 years old or older. **Preferred Qualifications** * At least one year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment. * At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessing customer satisfaction. * Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports). * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour. * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive remote environment. * Comprehensive training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. * Collaborative and inclusive company culture that values diversity and inclusion. * Flexible work arrangements to balance work and personal life. * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within arenaflex. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply.
