Your primary responsibilities will include: * Accurately and efficiently entering customer data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate * Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborating with our operations team to ensure that all data entry tasks are completed on time and to a high standard * Identifying and reporting any errors or discrepancies in customer data, and working with our team to resolve these issues * Participating in quality improvement initiatives, and contributing to the development of new processes and procedures * Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all data protection policies and procedures **Key Responsibilities** * Data entry: Accurately and efficiently entering customer data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate * Customer service: Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Operations support: Collaborating with our operations team to ensure that all data entry tasks are completed on time and to a high standard * Quality improvement: Participating in quality improvement initiatives, and contributing to the development of new processes and procedures * Confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all data protection policies and procedures **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, healthcare, computer science) * 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare or customer service environment * Knowledge of data protection policies and procedures * Experience with data entry software and systems * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all data protection policies and procedures **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
