**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Remote Consistency and Compliance, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional support to our clients. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including:
+ Investigating and communicating regulatory requirements
+ Processing and verifying data entry information
+ Ensuring compliance with government regulations and industry standards
* Collaborate with the HR Consistency group to:
+ Acquire fingerprint/personal investigation results and process unique signature freedom letters
+ Maintain relationships with TSA, Airport Power Sheets, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services
+ Fax and check US Customs results
+ Enter data into the database
* Process everyday FBI fingerprints into Access database and investigate any data set issues
* Plan and analyze HR Consistency data between different documents, working closely with HRIS and EC framework
* Conduct high-level examinations, custom reporting/dashboards, and normalize all data used for HR Consistency
* Collaborate with clients and team members regularly
* Audit completed Unique mark Applications and check for precision and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology)
* 2+ years of experience in data entry, consistency, and compliance
* Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
* Familiarity with Succeed and other data analysis tools
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with TSA Clearinghouse database
* Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications
* Familiarity with HRIS and EC framework
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Experience working in a remote environment
