Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Real Estate Leasing and Accounting

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all real estate, asset, and loan transactions, as well as preparing and reviewing loan book entries for global transactions.

**The Role**

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

* Preparing and reviewing loan book entries for global transactions, including collections and adjustments
* Preparing account balances and explanations of the reasons for changes associated with lease accounts and quarterly closings
* Leading the quarterly SOX audit team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all real estate, asset, and loan transactions
* Managing the company's quarterly CRE coverage, including totals, margins, exposure F/S, reasons for change analysis, and volatility
* Improving efficiency through continuous monitoring and improvement of existing processes
* Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of any changes in loan accounting standards
* Contributing to various projects, including Tririga (lease management/accounting software) changes, S4/Hana implementation, and other corporate initiatives
* Managing, coaching, and developing the team by fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
* Working closely with various teams, including finance, real estate, lease administration, and legal, to understand the meaning of accounting records and resolve any accounting issues or complaints

**Basic Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

* 1-4 years of relevant experience in accounting, with a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience and 2 years of management experience
* Strong analytical skills combined with strong business and financial skills
* Demonstrated understanding of internal controls, control environment, and accounting systems (SAP preferred)
* A good and strong leader and an effective manager, who leads by example and will lead different groups to achieve research objectives and participate in project research and activities
* Strong relationship building skills and highly professional "customer service orientation"
* Ability to interact with and influence all levels of management within and outside the management context
* Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
* Good communicator both verbally and in writing
* Flexibility, "special work" focus, and strong multitasking abilities
* High energy levels; strong work ethic

* Demonstrated experience identifying process improvements and a desire to implement best practices

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

* Experience with Tririga (lease management/accounting software) and S4/Hana implementation
* Strong knowledge of accounting standards, including ASC 842 and IFRS
* Experience with financial reporting and analysis
* Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams and managing projects
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
