**Key Responsibilities**
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, including customer information, orders, and inventory management
* Maintain data quality by reviewing and correcting data entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness
* Ensure compliance with careerzynith's data management policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality
* Collaborate with other teams to resolve data-related issues and improve data management processes
* Develop and maintain knowledge of careerzynith's systems, policies, and procedures related to data management
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving data-related issues in a timely and professional manner
**Essential Qualifications**
* 4-year degree in Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
* 1 year of experience in data entry, customer service, or related field
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Experience with data management systems and software, including data entry and reporting tools

* Knowledge of data security and confidentiality procedures
* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
* Certification in data management or related field
