**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for advancing the Netflix experience through data-driven insights and recommendations. You'll work closely with our cross-functional team to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve client satisfaction. Your expertise will be essential in shaping the Netflix experience, from email marketing campaigns to in-app notifications and user interface design.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design and develop data-driven solutions to improve the Netflix experience, including email marketing campaigns, in-app notifications, and user interface design
* Collaborate with our cross-functional team to gather requirements, design, and implement data-driven solutions
* Work with our Android, iOS, Site, and TV UI engineers to enable data-driven experiences on the backend
* Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth
* Collaborate with our data science team to design and implement A/B testing and experimentation strategies
* Develop and maintain reusable, templated systems to streamline data entry and management
* Work with our backend engineers to design and implement APIs and data pipelines
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, data management, or related field
* Proficiency in Java or other object-oriented programming languages
* Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript
* Front-end web development experience, including CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
* Experience with SQL and data modeling
* Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
