We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our IT Service Desk team in Mumbai, India. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional IT support to our business operations, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Maintain Service Desk metrics by meeting or exceeding targets for quality, productivity, and service
* Develop a deep understanding of careerzynith's business and business objectives, IT Divisional Objectives and goals, various business areas, technical conditions, and systems that support the careerzynith business
* Recognize the impact of changes to IT Supported Systems and adapt investigations to address client issues
* Demonstrate autonomous judgment and responsibility for
* Effectively participate in the development of relational skills and professionalism in interactions with vendors, supported clients, and other IT groups
* Build and maintain helpful, cooperative, effective relationships with second and third-level IT groups, vendors, and supported clients
* Resolve or escalate incidents, and create internal news and knowledge base articles
* Participate in continuous improvement activities by assessing internal tools and processes, and suggesting upgrades
* Provide answers to clients by identifying issues, investigating responses, and guiding clients through remedial actions
* Assess, investigate, and address end-client IT system issues through first-level IT technical support via calls, chat, or email
* Provide detailed documentation of system issues, investigation steps, and related relevant data in a tagging/global positioning framework
* Utilize a wide array of available tools and resources to resolve system issues
* Meet or exceed targets for availability, productivity, quality, and service
* Attend continuous training to strengthen ability to support new and existing equipment and software applications
