**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Inventory Plan Management and Equity Administration**

As a key member of our team, you'll be part of this mission to refresh the world and make a difference. **Job Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll contribute to a team that provides inventory plan management by: * Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans * Processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan Matching proportion awards * Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting * Researching, tracking, and responding to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders * Supporting fairness-based long-term incentive award delivery process and inventory buy plan enrollment activities * Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations * Reviewing and maintaining equity management methods and documentation * Performing other equity plan management tasks, as requested **Qualifications & Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred * At least 1 year of experience in inventory plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a similar field preferred * Experience working with multiple equity plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and inventory buy plans, is preferred * Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly * Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers * Ability to investigate and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations * Strong attention to detail * Clear communicator * Data analysis * Customer service focus **Functional Skills:** * Data Analysis * Accounting * Customer-Focused * Incentive Plans * Payroll * Stock Options * Equities * Stock Plan Administration * Cross-Functional Teamwork * Detail-Oriented **What We'll Do For You:** * Be part of a diverse group-environment among fairly professional professionals * Work in a clearly global environment with daily interaction with people from specific countries, functions, and cultures * Develop your skills and take on new experiences through our Total Rewards program, which includes a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for growth and development * Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off * Participate in our wellness programs, including mindfulness apps, mental health support, and financial education and learning software * Take advantage of our mobile and virtual platforms, which offer alternatives to music hobbies and habits, participate in challenges, get daily wellness tips, and access virtual training pathways **Our Purpose and Growth Culture:** We're taking the planned movement to nurture an inclusive lifestyle that's grounded in our business purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
