As a key member of our systems engineering group, you'll be responsible for the overall health and performance of our physical access control system (PACS), as well as assisting us in automating a sustainable and robust structure for future growth. You'll work closely with our internal clients to identify operationally challenging issues and provide valuable solutions, leveraging your expertise in opposite engineering and automation. **Responsibilities** * Ensure the overall health and performance of our PACS, including creating availability and fitness metrics, revealing performance, and performing regular device maintenance * Automate routine tasks to allow the team to be agile and efficient * Work closely with internal clients to identify operationally challenging issues and provide valuable solutions * Develop and implement automation solutions to improve system performance and efficiency * Collaborate with the team to design and implement new solutions for running a PACS in a large distributed environment * Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure the availability and performance of our systems * Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing systems * Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, often requiring opposite engineering and creative problem-solving **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in an associated field or 5+ years of experience * 5+ years of experience with Windows Server * 3+ years of experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, etc.) * 3+ years of experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) * 2+ years of scripting experience (PowerShell most preferred, Python useful, Bash, Perl, Ruby, etc. also acceptable) * Preferred qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or an associated field + 5+ years of experience with Networking, or exposure to primary principles and trouble-shooting connectivity issues + 3+ years of experience with AWS Services + 3+ years of experience with a Physical Access Control system (Lenel, RedCloud, etc.) + 1+ years of experience with Linux system management and/or associated development + Experience using, or some exposure to Amazon Web Services (S3, EC2, VPC, etc.) + Proven ability to troubleshoot and discover the root cause of issues + Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills + Proven experience growing documentation for manufacturing systems + Experience in 24/7 online environment **What We Offer** * Competitive salary * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Why Join arenaflex?** * arenaflex is a leader in the cloud-based solutions and services industry, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional customer support. * Our team is passionate about innovation and excellence, and we're committed to fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. * We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan. * We're committed to diversity and inclusion, and we welcome applications from candidates from all backgrounds. **How to Apply** If you're a highly skilled and motivated individual looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic and innovative company, we encourage you to apply for the Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist position at arenaflex.
