As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team that's passionate about making a difference. **Job Summary** We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for executing medical services methodologies and driving patient wellbeing results. You'll work closely with our clinical networks to ensure consistency of clinical pharmacy services and execute against distinguished partner-established pharmacy programs. Your primary focus will be on driving pharmacy financial performance by executing on pharmacy projects to boost repayments while improving patient wellbeing results. **Key Responsibilities** * Carries out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects. * Drives the execution of various strategies and tasks to ensure business needs are being met. * Drives consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; observing and examining results; and executing changes. * Ensures region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines. * Drives local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business systems to organization financial objectives. * Carries out and executes patient intervention pharmacy projects to boost financial performance. * Upholds efforts on improving patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient consultation, medication administration, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or health services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs). * Provides expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership. * Supports staff training experiences and career development opportunities. * Advances collaboration and inspires pharmacy staff by cultivating a shared vision and supporting organization strategies, systems, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. **Essential Qualifications** * Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority. * Experience motivating colleagues to research and resolve issues. * Experience working with confidential information. * Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends. * Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and tracking details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates. * Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals and determining when escalating issues. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. * Ability to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state). **Preferred Qualifications** * Readiness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary. * Knowledge of insurance plans. * Knowledge of computer operating systems, including Radiology, Commitment, and Plus. * Essential level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a section, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, selecting page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets). * Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding list level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show). * Essential level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and paragraph width, formatting, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet, or printing capabilities). **What We Offer** * Competitive salary * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Generous paid time off and holidays * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Opportunities for professional growth and development **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you!
