**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Global Equity Compensation Administration**

**About the Role**

As a Consultant, Global Equity, you will play a vital role in supporting our equity compensation initiatives through essential data entry and analysis tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational compliance of long-term incentive and equity compensation plans, managing the processing of equity awards, and producing ad-hoc analytics and reporting to support ongoing operations. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating equity administration processes and documentation, researching, tracking, and responding to inquiries from plan participants, HR partners, and other stakeholders, and assisting in the enrollment and management of equity plan activities.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Audit & Compliance:
+ Perform daily, weekly, and monthly data audits to ensure operational compliance of long-term incentive and equity compensation plans.
+ Review and process transactions related to Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and equity buy plans.
* Transaction & Reporting:
+ Manage the processing of equity awards, including stock option exercises and releases.
+ Produce ad-hoc analytics and reporting to support ongoing operations.
+ Maintain and update equity administration processes and documentation.
* Stakeholder Support:
+ Research, track, and respond to inquiries from plan participants, HR partners, and other stakeholders.
+ Assist in the enrollment and management of equity plan activities.
* Continuous Improvement:
+ Learn and quickly adapt to new tools, systems, and methodologies, particularly within HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday).
+ Convert data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

**What We're Looking For**

* Educational Requirements:
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
* Experience:
+ No prior experience required, but at least 1 year of experience in areas such as equity plan administration, payroll, tax, or accounting is a plus.
+ Familiarity with various equity plan products (stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and equity buy plans) is beneficial.

+ Analytical Ability: Capable of conducting thorough data analysis and generating actionable insights.
