Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Global Adversarial Abuse/Analytics

* **Qualifications:** Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
* **System Summary:**
+ Least capabilities:
- Four-year certification or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience working with risk management, fraud fighting at scale, and building/conveying logical experiences
- 2 years of experience working with design teams that form data foundation and ML models
- 2 years of experience driving teams with the ability to work non-standard weeks of work as accelerations require
+ Favored capabilities:
- Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., research, design, information science)
- 2 years of experience with investigation of large datasets and inconsistency discovery
- Experience or demonstrated interest in anti-abuse activities
- Knowledge of SQL/R/Matlab
- Exceptional influencing and leadership skills and the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners
- Magnificent business judgment, critical and scientific skills, including using data to drive strategy and business action with the ability to work in a rapidly changing industry and manage ambiguity while minimizing uncertainty through quantitative insights
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead the Adversarial Abuse group responsible for identifying and eliminating malicious actors attempting account takeovers, spam, and other forms of abuse
* Oversee the Business Investigation group responsible for producing insights, estimating uncaught badnesses, and distributing Transparency Reports for countries worldwide
* Understand, anticipate, and insightfully moderate risks from new, scaling industry patterns (e.g., generative AI)
* Collaborate with the Strategy Development group to create policies using account, social, and content signals to describe harmful behavior
* Convey powerful and productive functional execution (e.g., quality, service levels) in a global team working 24x7
* Engage, retain, develop, and foster brilliant talent
* Manage accelerations with quick time required to circle back, provide data and content-driven insights, and implement solutions while creating relationships with key cross-functional partners to assist with launching new products and policies that effectively prevent adversarial abuse
