**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Financial Record Management and Compliance**

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial records, while working closely with our Senior Duty Bookkeepers to achieve our daily accounting and assessment goals. As a remote-friendly company, we empower our employees to work from anywhere in the USA, while maintaining a strong connection with our team and clients. **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Planning and examining pay and financial record statements, combined statements, and other accounting proclamations and reports * Auditing and checking the accuracy of journal entries and accounting orders assigned to different records * Applying sound accounting standards and creating or suggesting accounting techniques and systems * Educating or allocating work to accountants, accounting agents, and other partners to participate in daily accounting exercises * Arranging accounting matters with different offices, areas, and divisions * Participating in financial reporting **Direct Supervisor/Direct Reports** This position typically reports to a Senior Director and has no immediate reports. **Travel Requirements** This role requires occasional travel under 10% of the time. **Working Conditions** This position is situated in a comfortable indoor area, with minimal exposure to unsavory circumstances.
