Why You'll Love This Role This position will be part of our partner association within the Financial Planning Systems space. This role will require a diverse background of finance and IT experience. As a key member of our team, you'll support and develop Financial Systems applications, as they apply to the Finance association, and serve as an internal advisor to those groups to identify automation opportunities and create/suggest suitable solutions. What You'll Do Uphold the Hyperion planning application, consistently, for forecast and actual financials Approve the data from Hyperion Financial Management and from regulators Explore and resolve issues with data, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions Uphold system maintenance; maintain client consents Uphold clients with system issues, existing reports, forms, and models Help with preparation of in-depth scenarios and analytical results examinations on various complex financial issues and competitive industry analyses Facilitate and complete monthly headcount process regarding Hyperion Refresh Hyperion Planning with order changes; coordinate progressive system changes with Regulators and GL organization Communicate with work groups to determine reporting business needs; propose and present effective solutions Create Essbase cubes, Planning Applications, Reports, as well as estimating and planning models for Finance divisions All You'll Need for Success To excel in this role, you'll need a solid foundation of education and experience. Here are the minimum requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or related field Experience: 2 years of work experience in a Finance role, including experience with financial summaries, financial modeling, and analysis IT Foundation: Solid IT background, including experience with Prophet and complex and social database structures Favored Qualifications While not required, having the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Experience using Hyperion, as well as development and implementation experience (including Intelligent Disclosure, Essbase, Planning) Skills, Licenses, and Certificates: Ability to adapt and be flexible in the use of scientific methodologies relating to financial issues Ability to issue, manage, and analyze data Meticulous with focus on precision and ability to prioritize tasks Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more Strong communication skills Excellent collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse situations What You'll Get At blithequark, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being and career growth.
