With a strong foundation in both finance and IT, you'll be well-equipped to tackle complex challenges and drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Support and maintain Hyperion planning applications, ensuring accurate and timely financial data * Collaborate with regulators and stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and ensure compliance * Investigate and resolve issues with data, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions * Maintain framework upkeep, including client consents and system updates * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing framework issues, reports, forms, and models * Assist with the preparation of detailed scenarios and analytical results examinations on complex financial issues and industry trends * Facilitate and complete monthly headcount processes using Hyperion * Refresh Hyperion planning with order changes, coordinating with regulators and GL organization * Engage with cross-functional teams to determine reporting business requirements and propose effective solutions * Develop Essbase cubes, planning applications, reports, and estimating and planning models for financial divisions **What You'll Need for Success** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or a related field * 2 years of experience in a finance role, including experience with financial summaries, financial modeling, and analysis * Strong IT foundation, including experience with Prophet and complex and social database structures * Familiarity with Hyperion, including development and implementation experience (including Intelligent Disclosure, Essbase, Planning) * Ability to adapt and be flexible in the use of scientific methodologies related to financial issues * Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues * Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on precision and ability to prioritize tasks * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse situations **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Hyperion, including development and implementation experience (including Intelligent Disclosure, Essbase, Planning) * Familiarity with Prophet and complex and social database structures * Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues * Experience with Essbase cubes, planning applications, reports, and estimating and planning models **What You'll Get** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: * Medical benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, as well as virtual doctor visits, flexible spending accounts, and more * Health programs: Access to wellness programs, resources, and support to help you thrive * 401(k) program: Eligible for participation upon hire, with employer contributions available after one year * Additional benefits: Employee assistance program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, cars, travel, and more **Join the arenaflex Family** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
