As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to: * Support and develop Financial Planning Systems applications, ensuring seamless integration with our financial association * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and develop effective solutions * Analyze and resolve data issues, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions * Maintain system upkeep, ensuring client consents and data integrity * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing framework issues, existing reports, forms, and models * Facilitate and complete monthly headcount processes regarding Hyperion * Refresh Hyperion Planning with order changes, coordinating progressive system changes with regulators and GL organization **All You'll Need for Success** To excel in this role, you'll require: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or a related field * 2 years of work experience in a finance role, including experience with financial summaries, financial modeling, and analysis * Strong IT foundation, including experience with Prophet and complex database structures * Familiarity with Hyperion, including development and organization experience (including Intelligent Detailing, Essbase, Planning) * Ability to adapt and be flexible in the use of scientific methodologies relating to financial issues * Ability to issue, troubleshoot, and analyze data * Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on precision and ability to prioritize tasks * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse situations **Favored Capabilities** While not required, experience with the following would be a significant advantage: * Experience using Hyperion, including development and organization experience (including Intelligent Detailing, Essbase, Planning) * Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques * Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel or SQL **What You'll Get** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage * Virtual doctor visits and flexible spending accounts * 401(k) program with employer matching contributions * Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, cars, travel, and more * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and mentorship programs **Join the arenaflex Family** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
