This role requires a unique blend of financial and IT expertise, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Uphold the Hyperion planning application, ensuring accurate and timely financial data entry and analysis * Approve data from Hyperion Financial Management and regulatory sources * Investigate and resolve data issues, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions * Maintain system upkeep, including client consents and framework maintenance * Provide exceptional customer support, addressing framework issues, existing reports, forms, and models * Assist in the preparation of detailed scenarios and analytical results examinations on complex financial issues and competitive industry analyses * Facilitate and complete monthly headcount process regarding Hyperion * Refresh Hyperion Planning with order changes, coordinating progressive system changes with regulators and GL organization * Collaborate with work groups to determine reporting business needs, proposing and presenting effective solutions * Create Essbase cubes, Planning Applications, Reports, and estimating and planning models for Financial divisions **All You'll Need for Success** * Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or equivalent experience/training + 2 years of work experience in a Financial role, including experience with financial summaries, financial modeling, and analysis + Strong IT foundation, including experience with Prophet and multi-faceted and social database structures * Preferred Qualifications: + Experience using Hyperion, including development and organization experience (including Intelligent Detailing, Essbase, Planning) + Skills, Licenses, and Certificates: - Ability to adapt and be flexible in the use of scientific methodologies relating to financial issues - Ability to issue, tackle, and analyze data - Meticulous with a focus on precision and ability to prioritize tasks - Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse situations **What You'll Get** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical benefits: Enjoy access to your health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits from day one, plus virtual doctor visits, flexible spending accounts, and more * Health Programs: Our wellness programs provide you with the tools, resources, and support you need to be your best self * 401(k) Program: Accessible upon hire, with manager contributions to your 401(k) program available after one year * Extra Benefits: Enjoy our Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, cars, travel, and more **Be Yourself at arenaflex** At arenaflex, we believe that diversity and inclusion are the foundation of a powerful workforce.
