This role will require a unique blend of financial and IT expertise, making it an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy working at the intersection of these two fields. **Key Responsibilities** * Uphold the Hyperion planning application, consistently, for forecast and actual financials * Approve data from Hyperion Financial Management and from regulators * Explore and resolve issues with data, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions * Maintain system upkeep; keep client consents * Support clients with system issues, existing reports, forms, and models * Assist with preparation of detailed scenarios and analytical results examinations on various complex financial issues and competitive industry analyses * Facilitate and complete monthly headcount process regarding Hyperion * Refresh Hyperion Planning with order changes; coordinate progressive system changes with Regulators and GL organization * Collaborate with work groups to determine reporting business requirements; propose and present effective solutions * Create Essbase cubes, Planning Applications, Reports, as well as estimating and planning models for Financial divisions **All You'll Need for Success** * Minimum Qualifications: + Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or equivalent experience/training + Experience: 2 years of work experience in a Financial role, including experience with financial summaries, as well as financial modeling and analysis + IT foundation: Solid experience with Prophet and multi-dimensional and social database structures * Preferred Qualifications: + Experience using Hyperion, as well as development and implementation experience (including Intelligent Disclosure, Essbase, Planning) + Skills, Licenses, and Certifications: - Ability to adapt and be flexible in the use of scientific methodologies relating to financial issues - Ability to issue, modify, and analyze data - Meticulous with focus on precision and ability to prioritize tasks - Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and so on - Strong communication skills - Excellent collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse situations **What You'll Get** As a member of the arenaflex team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical benefits: On the first day, you'll have access to your health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits to help you stay healthy.
