With a strong commitment to our values and a passion for excellence, we strive to create a work environment that is inclusive, supportive, and empowering for all our employees. **The Worldwide Vendor and Organization Services (GM&NS) Estimating Team** The GM&NS Estimating team is responsible for driving the single largest source of arenaflex's revenue: Trader Markdown Income. This team works closely with various colleagues to determine the optimal pricing to enable vendor acceptance of arenaflex while striving to improve inclusion and vendor satisfaction. By leveraging client-driven pricing standards, more adaptable pricing engineering, and creative pricing arrangements, we drive GMS income and profit growth. **The Financial Analyst of Planning and Research – Canada** The Financial Analyst of Planning and Research – Canada is responsible for determining and reporting dealer markdown income. This role presents a unique opportunity to impact numerous organizations and segments by aligning the association's objective for productive charge volume and vendor development, essential for the strength of our business. **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Creating a Canada figure for shipper rebate income track month-to-month execution against forecast and identify drivers of change. * Creating vendor rebate income scorecards for the Canada district. * Driving normalization and process improvement among the different local pricing groups for all reporting and determining related activities. * Supporting external reviews including investigating issues found, reaching the provincial pricing groups that handle the vendor relationship to discuss issues, and managing goals. * Performing ad-hoc data analysis to assess rebate rate trends and uncover insights. **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years' experience in financial services or payments industry, and/or other finance-related roles. * Four-year college education required; strongly preferred in finance/Accounting/Business. * High proficiency with Excel is required. * Strong attention to detail and organization. * Strong analytical skills; demonstrated ability to develop complex financial models and draw value-added insights from large financial data. * Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., SAS/SQL) is required. * Excellent communication skills – both written and oral. * A strong relationship with management and collaboration skills with the ability to influence others in situations where there may be multiple objectives. * Strong work ethic with an extreme will-to-win, ability to succeed in a high-speed, dynamic team environment, which puts an emphasis on driving results. * An innovative thinker who will challenge conventional approaches to getting things done and develop new ways to tackle old challenges. * Strong project management skills with full ownership from analysis through to execution. * Enthusiastic focus on the client; demonstrated willingness to understand and address client needs and pain points. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requests and priorities as needed. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). * Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques. * Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance. * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and outside the box. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
