Our team is passionate about creating engaging content that resonates with audiences, and we're committed to providing exceptional support to our talent, vendors, and internal stakeholders. **Job Summary** As a Facilitator, Event Relations, you'll be responsible for coordinating and executing events, managing vendor relationships, and providing exceptional support to our talent and internal stakeholders. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. **Key Responsibilities** * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our vendor library, including status reports and other internal documents * Coordinate and execute events, including research, purchasing, and fulfillment * Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and resolving issues * Regulate event relations financial arrangements, process p-card charges, and reconcile sales * Coordinate and execute events, including making arrangements for participants, supervising vendor association, and conceptualizing skill to welcome * Assist with directing event supports for asset opportunity for our VIP talent, including coordinating experiences such as dinners, Disney Parks excursions, games, and shows * Make arrangements of participants for debuts and exceptional events, including supervising filler association and conceptualizing skill to welcome * E-vite scattering and managing the RSVP list * Labeling and seating for debuts * On the spot backing and the leaders of GA and VIP enrollment **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of work experience in event relations or a related field * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with unparalleled social skills * Ability to work independently, with flexibility and trustworthiness * Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Experience with the entertainment industry, including buzz-excellent titles, surprising new talent, designs, etc. * Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent work experience **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with event planning software and tools * Familiarity with the Disney brand and its various events and initiatives * Strong relationships with vendors and talent in the entertainment industry * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $75,000 per year * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Flexible work schedule, including remote work options * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Access to exclusive events and experiences **How to Apply** If you're a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for event planning and relations, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at blithequark.
