**Enterprise Data Strategy @ careerzynith**
The Credit and Fraud Risk (CFR) Organization at careerzynith is responsible for driving business growth by reducing credit & fraud risk and maintaining our customers' trust in the safety of our virtual products. Our Digital Risk Products & Data Strategy (RPDS) team is the backbone of all risk decisions and plays a critical role in building the virtual products for risk control across the customer lifecycle.
**Job Responsibilities**
As a member of our Enterprise Data Strategy team, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across the business to drive innovation and bring careerzynith to the forefront of the data economy. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the development of revolutionary and impactful strategies through our strategic partnerships to drive business growth and credit & fraud risk control excellence
* Supporting the Enterprise Data Strategy throughout the customer lifecycle through data-driven and risk-based total principles
* Analyzing present and new data assets to identify opportunities to optimize our data solutions & purchases and address business needs
* Reviewing and presenting data quality, insurance, and freshness
* Analyzing present data to develop metrics with the aim of providing robust controls and insights
* Collaborating with new data and existing partners to identify new data opportunities and enhance present data change processes
* Closely partnering with colleagues across CFR Data Strategy, Product Owners, Compliance, CFR Risk Strategy, CFR Fraud Strategy, and Decisions Science
* Supporting the team with third-party relationships management and adherence to careerzynith's Third Party Lifecycle Management program
* Having consultative skills capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment
**Competencies and Experience**
We're looking for candidates with the following competencies and experience:
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and across a matrixed organization to deliver solutions at high speed
* Ability to manage and lead large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders
* Good communication and influencing skills with the ability to translate data and analytics into business insights and recommendations, conceptualize and promote ideas
* Strong technical skills to perform data evaluation, analytics, and matrices tracking/reporting
* Knowledge of Python, SQL, Spark, SAS, and familiarity with big data and cloud environments
* Experience in a financial services company in data or operations function
* Knowledge of Credit Risk and/or Fraud Risk standards, practices, or external Credit or Fraud Risk data assets preferred
* Master's Degree or higher required, concentration in a quantitative discipline preferred
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fluid environment
