Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Uruguay. As a key member of our crew, you'll play a vital role in empowering our team to do their best work. Your primary responsibility will be to identify workflow inefficiencies, collaborate with our artwork, layout, and engineering groups to implement solutions, and assist in the development and preservation of our proprietary engine-specific and custom gear. About the Role As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: Proactively identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement in our development process across various disciplines. Promoting, extending, and aiding our present development gear. Building and guiding custom asset pipelines. Growing our proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures. Key Responsibilities Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: Collaborating with our artwork, layout, and engineering groups to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and troubles in our improvement process. Working with the team to generate candidate answers, weighing tradeoffs given the hassle context and improvement timeline, implementing the selected answer, and helping the adoption of the solution by the team. Assisting in the development and preservation of our proprietary engine-specific and custom gear. Building and guiding custom asset pipelines. Growing our proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A strong passion for empowering others to do their best work. Experience with the overall device lifecycle, including identifying issues, comparing capacity answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness. Enjoyment of working with custom standalone gear. Experience growing gear that can be utilized by multiple game development disciplines. Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, and Net Tech. The ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: Experience with custom game engines, including Unreal or Unity. Experience with JavaScript and Net Tech.
